Tax preparation services are professional services.

• If payment is made and the client cancels before work has begun, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs.
• Once tax preparation work has begun, fees are non-refundable.

If payment is required prior to pickup or delivery of completed returns, payment confirms acceptance of this policy.
